You will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the second and top-floor apartment. We recommend having the Airbnb app downloaded on your phone for easy fast communication. Please be courteous to your neighbors as this is an apartment building. You might hear a slight muffle of a tv. We request you take care of the space with the same grace you would your own home. We have a doorbell camera to assist you if needed upon check-in or during your stay. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or on the patio. Smoking will result in a $250 charge and possible eviction. If you need to smoke please do so off the property.
