Everything about the house was great! Just as pictured! We visit Cedar City every year and this was the first time with some extended family. It was great to have a larger space close to everything. It was very clean and Tyler was very on top of communications.

Had a great stay at Tyler's. The outside structure still looks like a church. Its a pretty cool place to stay and very nice that its right across the street from Smiths. Anyway, we loved it! Highly recommended!

Tyler's place was a great space to unwind! It was welcoming, neat and spacious. Loved having a washer/dryer and coat rack. We had an infant with us and it felt clean and very safe to walk around the property, which we appreciated!

Highly recommend this location and host. The apartment was well laid out, the bed was super comfortable (mattress, pillows, linens), and the kitchen and in-unit laundry were all nicely done with attention to detail for travelers. The location and parking were ideal as well: close to restaurants, grocery store, and the university. Bonus: you’re staying in a completely modernized historical location

This location really can't be beat if you are looking for something within walking distance of downtown or BYU. There is also a Smith's grocery store across the street which is very convenient for grabbing groceries after you arrive; it is literally across the street and does not require a vehicle. The apartment was perfect for me, my my wife, and our daughter. The apartment has all the amenities we wanted and needed. I appreciated the Keurig and a large selection of K-cups and also tea bags and packets of sweeteners. They also have a wide variety of spices, salt and pepper, and olive oil. The linens really stand out with how exceptionally soft they are. The king sized mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable and stocked with plenty of pillow. The pull-out couch is easy to operate and also pretty comfortable for a pull-out. We will definitely consider this apartment for future trips to Provo.

We stayed here while attending the FilmQuest Film Festival being held downtown and it was roomy, easy, nicely appointed and close to everything we needed. Tyler was helpful and friendly. Like others mentioned, you do hear people moving around next door but it didn't bother my husband and I bring earplugs with me so it was fine! The kitchen was ready to use for cooking and the apt felt spacious. Great bed!

It's rare to find an experience this considerate, caring, and responsive, and one that meets the expectations for the stay, but Tyler provided all of that, and more, by opening up this wonderful space to us. We were looking for something close to the Film Festival that we were attending, and felt that we had found a fantastic place and location. Little did we know how perfect it would be and how gracious a host that Tyler was. We are already looking forward to staying there next year during the same festival. A true "home away from home."
