It's rare to find an experience this considerate, caring, and responsive, and one that meets the expectations for the stay, but Tyler provided all of that, and more, by opening up this wonderful space to us. We were looking for something close to the Film Festival that we were attending, and felt that we had found a fantastic place and location. Little did we know how perfect it would be and how gracious a host that Tyler was. We are already looking forward to staying there next year during the same festival. A true "home away from home."

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped space for. There's a Smith's grocery half a block away. The kitchen is well-equipped and the lighting is good overall. It's in a multi-unit complex. The neighborhood is quiet. The outside is well lit. This is good for safety but some light pollution bleeds in through the blinds. If you're a sensitive sleeper like me you'll want a sleep mask.

The place was really nice and super clean. It equipped with all amenities I need for my 2-week stay. Grocery was just across the street. Host was really responsive and helpful. Feels like you living in your home. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay. Tyler was a great host! The place was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Tyler even provided spices and olive oil to cook with. Check out was easy and smooth with not much that I was required to do. The bed was comfortable and apartment was spacious, modern, and clean. Also, the neighborhood surrounding the apartment was very safe. Overall a great place to stay if you are visiting Provo Utah!

We’ve stayed here more than once and will definitely be back again in the future. Such a great, unique place and it is located within walking distance of shoppping, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended to anybody!!

We had a great stay. The space was decorated nicely and was very clean. Tyler was a great host. He communicated all the pertinent details and was quick to respond. Will definitely stay again.

Staying at Tyler’s place was perfect! It was in the vicinity of everything in town, the bed was very comfortable, we had enough of everything to make it through our couple of days. It was a lovely experience and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Provo!

My Family and I really enjoyed the place, It really felt like being at home. We loved the open concept between kitchen and living room. It was so nice being able to use the garage easier access to the house. Kitchen is completely with all the amenities I love cooking and using the island was a plus. Master bedroom suite was big and comfortable, bathroom is private and both bathrooms have amazing water pressure, showers were great!! I will definitely bring my family back to this same home. Tyler the owner was helpful thru out our stay . Will definitely recommend this house to anyone. 5 stars plus!
